Halina Rachelson is the official contributor with interests in tactical urbanism and public spaces design, housing affordability and housing alternatives, municipally-enabled agriculture, and ecologically-oriented urban planning. She has lived in Miami, Berlin, and currently resides in Vancouver specializing in urban sustainability and planning undergraduate studies.

Tabinda Shah is a part-time blog contributor. She has a background in design and is particularly interested in topics of green cities, biomimicry and design. She has lived in Kuala Lumpur but now lives and studies Urban Forestry in Vancouver, while also regularly contributing her design ideas to the Vancouver Public Spaces Network.

Carl Rachelson a.k.a. Big Time Jones is a part-time blog contributor and photographer seeking much inspiration from exploring neighborhoods around the world and his own city, Miami. He regularly writes columns on urbanism topics for the Miamian (Read more) and runs a popular community Facebook page on global street art called The Walls of the World.
